GENERAL

Please inform us immediately if anything in the accommodation does not meet your expectations or if you need any assistance. We are happy to help. All items in the holiday apartment are available for guests to use and are intended to be used. Please handle everything with care. Should anything break, we would appreciate it if you let us know about the damage.

LIABILITY

Tenants are liable for any damage caused by themselves, their travelling companions or their guests. In the event of lost keys, the lock cylinders will be replaced for security reasons and the guest must cover the costs incurred.

Broken furniture and furnishings must be reported to the landlord immediately and will be charged accordingly.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

It is prohibited to accommodate more persons in the rental property than stated in the booking confirmation. Additional guests may be added upon arrival, provided the number of beds permits it.

Bookings are exclusively available through Booking.com and Airbnb.

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

By completing a booking, you agree to the stated terms and conditions.

KITCHEN

Please separate waste into the provided containers according to type (packaging in the left bag | general waste in the right | paper separately | glass bottles separately | organic waste (vegetable/fruit scraps) in a separate container).

Upon departure, please leave the kitchen as you found it.

BATHROOM

No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or similar items may be disposed of in the sink, shower or toilet.

Hygiene products belong in the provided waste container in the bathroom and should be disposed of in the general waste bag before departure.

After every shower, the bathroom must be ventilated to prevent mould growth.

LIVING AREA

Please do not reprogram the TV sets according to your own preferences.

SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The only exception is the balcony. Ashtrays are provided and should be used.

WI-FI

Please use the code to access the internet. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for the content of the pages you visit or the downloads you make.

The use of the Wi-Fi does not include any virus protection or firewall.

Accessing pages with unlawful content and the distribution of unlawful or legally protected content is prohibited. We accept no liability towards third parties for any damages caused by you to third parties.

QUIET HOURS

In the interest of good neighbourly relations, we kindly ask you to observe the quiet hours. From 10:00 PM, night-time quiet hours apply in accordance with our local by-laws.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.

Upon departure, please leave the apartment tidy by 10:00 AM.

Key handover at check-in and check-out is usually done in person or via the key box.
