Notes

Number of Guests

Only as many persons as stated at the time of booking may stay overnight in the apartment. Additional guests can be added upon arrival, provided the number of beds allows for it.

Damage & Inventory

Please treat the apartment and its inventory with care. Should anything be broken or damaged, we ask that you notify us immediately. Tenants are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. In the event of lost keys, the lock cylinders will be replaced at the guest’s expense.

House Rules

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony — ashtrays are provided.

Wi-Fi

The Wi-Fi may be used freely. Please note that no additional virus protection is in place. Accessing unlawful content or distributing protected material is prohibited. The guest is liable for any damages resulting from their use of the network.

Quiet Hours

We kindly ask that you be considerate of our neighbours. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM.

Check-in from 4:00 PM · Check-out by 10:00 AM
Different times are possible by prior arrangement.

Room Rules

Kitchen

Please only put away crockery, cutlery and appliances when clean and dry. Please leave the kitchen as you found it.

Waste separation:

  • 🟡 Yellow — Packaging
  • 🟣 Purple — General waste
  • 🔵 Blue — Paper
  • 🟢 Green — Organic waste
  • Glass — separately

Bathroom

Do not dispose of food waste, hygiene products or harmful liquids in the sink, shower or toilet. Hygiene products belong in the provided container.

Television

Please do not change any settings or programmes on the TV.
