Bad Vilbel
… is located on the doorstep of Frankfurt with all its cultural attractions and shopping opportunities (see links below).
Bad Vilbel itself also offers a wide range of shops and cultural events, such as the castle festival in summer, held in the beautifully preserved castle ruins right on the banks of the Nidda. From there it is just a short walk to the spa park and charming cafés along the riverbank. There is a lovely small cinema in the Old Mill, as well as an open-air cinema at the outdoor pool in summer. In addition to the outdoor pool, there are various venues for events and sports activities. Bad Vilbel also has the beautiful Vilbeler Wald for walks and long cycling paths right along the banks of the Nidda, stretching all the way into Frankfurt.
Heilsberg
The Heilsberg district, where our holiday apartment is located, is a quiet residential area with plenty of opportunities for relaxed walks and wonderful views of the Taunus.
